Having been born with eczema, and now at 36, I thought I'd gained all the knowledge there was about this challenging skin problem. There is so much information in this book that I'd never seen before, I am thrilled to have learned several alternative ways to combat my frustrating battle with eczema. My allergies and reactions have changed over the years, and this book guided me through everything I've lived with, making me feel a lot less isolated in the world of chronic medical conditions. This is a great book, I really learned a lot from it. My son has Eczema and this is something that is an ongoing problem but understanding and knowing how to treat it safely specially for a 3 yr old child. Good information
