At 53 YO, I have chronic HBP. I take 1 pill of EXFORGE/day. My BP is usually in the High 130's/low-middle 80's with the meds.

Over a year ago I started taking 3 Fish Peptace/day - 3 celery seed/day - 1 Flax pill/day - 1 Fish oil pill/day - 2 Hawthorne Berry/day. I cycle silymarin because celery seed may cause liver enzymes to rise.

I lift weights 2-3 times/week and walk a mile 2 times/week. I need to lose about 15 lbs because when I eat, I eat whatever I want.

Doing this and taking the supps I have been able to cut my EXFORGE in half, which is great because it is nongeneric and costs $125/month. I believe the fish Peptace has been helpful for me and would recomend it.

I would give it 5 stars but it is not cheap a bottle lasts a month only.

I am 65 and my blood pressure has been kissing 140. I have been taking PeptACE for about 3 weeks now, and I just bought 2 more bottles.

After 1 week, I noticed I was more comfortable in my body. Now the generalized aches I attributed to aging have gone, and I can't remember how long ago I was this free of stiffness. My endurance has greatly increased, and I don't get winded as easily. I believe this all to be because of improved circulation due to the PeptACE. Even if my blood pressure numbers do not come down (not tested yet), I think I would still take this product.

My wife has slightly high blood pressure and had seen a Dr. Oz show that indicated taking Fish Peptides could help reduce blood pressure. She decided to give it a try so I ordered a bottle from Amazon.com

We have a blood pressure monitor so it is easy to check our blood pressure every day. My wife has been taking it for a month and said that her BP has been going down and she can see the gradual reduction by testing it every couple of days. Nothing happened for a couple weeks and then it started to drop slowly. So, she had me order another bottle on Amazon because she is almost out. I don't have a BP problem, so I see no need to take this myself. But it does appear to work well for my wife - so I am giving this 5-stars.
