My wife has been using this for a long time and I have been using it of recent too. We have both noticed that when taken on a regular basis, it helps us control our weight and feel healthy better than just with diet and excercise. In fact, my wife, who is a little bit lazier than I decided to quit excercising and rely just on Apple Cider Vinagerrette to remain slim. Surprisingly, she is doing quite well and her friends keep asking her the secret of her recent weight loss. Additionally, it also help your keep your stomach a lot healthier too. We dont feel bloated even on days when we have eaten more than we should.

I have GERD and have been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (the raw kind with mother, from Braggs). Most people will know what this means if they are looking at this product. A friend of mine recommended these capsules and sure enough they worked. But, they work better if I take them WITH my meal or after. The don't seem to work for me as well if I take them before eating. These are much more convenient to take with you on trips or to restaurants. I try hard to avoid taking over the counter anti-acids like Zantac because of the rebound effects on long term usage. I am very pleased with this product.
