I received the table and within 1 day the table frame had separated from the table top. It was beyond a simple repair and I returned the table.

The table has been great and we have used it more than we expected to. It is easy to open and close ... our 7 year old son can easily do it himself. It was purchased as an extra kids table for the holidays, but he now uses it in his room as an additional table for "forts" covered with blankets and has used it for this purpose on many occasions since we received it.

Great compact design. A little heavy, but it does seem very sturdy.

Good quality product. The hinges seem safe. Only down side is it is too high for my two year old (he's in 75% for size.) I didn't spend the extra money on the folding chairs, instead purchased folding outdoor chairs from Target. Those chairs are tall enough that my son's feet don't touch the floor. However, the chairs are still too short to get my son to the table in a useful fashion. We are going to cut the table legs shorter, hopefully that will work. Fortunately, they are made of wood.

I received this table just 3 days ago and I immediately wrote a 4 star review regarding the attractiveness of the table, yet a lack of leg sturdiness. Looking back, I wish I had waited to write my review. Just yesterday, my son was coloring on a dry erase board while sitting at the table and he inadvertenly got some of the marker on the table. I did not think it would be a problem to remove dry erase marker, since the table is listed as having "clear sealer and topcoat finish." To my dismay, not only is the table now stained with the marker, but after rubbing it lightly, the thin topcoat layer peeled back easily, exposing a plywood looking material underneath it. For those reasons, I downgraded my rating from 4 stars to now 3 stars (although I still think it's still a convenient and nice looking table).

When a preschool child leaned heavily on the table, one of its metal supports on the underside gave way after the table had been used only a few times. It definitely should not have been so poorly made. That having been said, the table continues to be used with everyone being very careful about putting much pressure on its surface. The folding feature makes it convenient for the space available.

We were very pleased with this table, also bought the folding chairs to go with it. Very well made. Comes assembled. Easy to store in an apartment. Great for toddlers and as an extra bonus may also make a nice temporary cocktail table when having company, just throw a small tablecloth or a nice placemat over it.

I ordered this table for a Lego table. It fits 4 - 10" Lego plates (2x2), I used a spray on adhesive. The small rim around the table keeps the Legos from falling off, this would be useful for most any craft. The table is well built, as are the chairs (we have two sets of chairs). The chairs are not built for adults, but when a quick Lego assist is required, I sit on them for a moment, and do not feel like I am overburdening them (unlike many kids chairs). My only complaint, and it is my fault, is that the table is a bit small for two kids to both do much building. A little building is fine, but once they get going they are bumping into each other. I am buying a second table for my daughter so they can work side by side. The best thing as that these easily fold up, and are small enough to be moved just about anywhere (family room, kids room, etc.), so I don't worry about having two. When company comes, away they go. The extra chairs are currently folded and lying on their sides, tucked between the endtable and the couch. Totally unobtrusive, but easy to get out when friends come! Great product! I'm actually on here to buy the second table for my daughter!

I received my order very quickly and was amazed at the quality of the product. I can see using it when the
grandchildren are not around as a coctail table on the deck or whereever. Also it has a lip on the top where
someone could set tiles........ My only problem was that I thought it came with chairs until I read someone
elses review.......Live and learn. Usually I have four little grandchildren at a time so I needed four chairs.
What to do? I went to eBay and found exactly what I wanted very reasonably. Nice to buy something that is not
a hunk of plastic!

The table is a quality, easy to fold wooden table- very attractive light colored wood- solid construction. I am confident it will last a long time. My almost 2 year old loves it! We bought the chairs that go with it, which we also love. Biggest problems: 1) My daughter is tall for her age (22 1/2 months) but she still needs to kneel on the chairs in order for her to be most comfortable at the table (sometimes she'll sit & can still work at the table fine, but if she wants to have access to the middle part of the table or beyond she needs to kneel), 2) lip around the edge of the table is great for legos and preventing things from falling off the table easily, BUT makes it much more difficult to clean! Overall, I highly recommend this if you are looking for a versatile, sturdy, wooden, folding table that your child can use for a long time. There aren't many options like this available!

This was for our grand kids. In the past we have bought table & chairs for kids and they were flimsy and didn't feel very good. These are very solid and well made. Even though they are more expensive, they are certainly worth the extra cost. A good buy that will last through a lot of grand kids.
