Delicate orange zest, Indian cardamom and acacia honey create the deliciously subtle and mouthwatering Orange and Honey Caramel. We infuse the fresh cream with fresh orange zest and add just a few green cardamom pods for one of a kind refreshing East meets West flavor.
Fresh locally produced cream, acacia honey and delicious natural butter provide a vibrant background and our signature soft texture adds to the experience. We top is all off with just a few granules of rare Fleur de Sel salt from Brittany for a little indulgence with the perfect balance of flavor.
Our Caramels are made 100% natural and Organic ingredients - no preservatives, flavors or glucose syrup here. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. Each 4 oz box contains 12 -14 pieces

I first tasted these when I got some free samples in a DAS order for salt (also very good). The caramels are amazing. I bought this box as a gift for a friend. She shared a few and then quickly tucked away the rest for herself. She loved them! They are rich and fresh and have a wonderful hint of orange and a little crunch and spice of salt. Just one thing to note -- the 4 oz. box is very small -- there are a good number of small pieces inside, but the box is just a few inches tall by 2 or 3 inches wide. I would order them again.

I had the priviledge to try these fleur de sel caramels and the only thing I can say about them is that they're amazing. At first when I thought about salted caramels I was a bit leery about trying them, but believe me when I say that they are the tastiest little morsels you'll ever have. I highly recommend buying these.

An Unfortunate Misleading...,

I purchased two varieties, including this one. I've heard much praise for Das Foods' goods, but the caramels did not stand out in any way. The taste of fleur de sel was unnoticeable and the product indeed looks like the first and second photos given- there is no coarse salt on top of any of the caramels like the third pic. The second flavor I purchased showed me that they are not generous with their ingredients. It's a shame when disappointment in an item leads you to patronize someone else's business online... :(
