This very cool wooden Humpty Dumpty toy is everything a kid could want: it's a colorful, durable figure with cool moveable legs and lots of detail. For parents, it's also cool in that it is not some cartoon or commercial Humpty Humpty, nor is it made in China. Both my kindergartener and his three year-old brother continue to play with this, several weeks after purchase. The 'small' one is perfect for their little hands.

My assignment, to create whimsical center pieces for a birthday party centered around nursery rhymes. Humpty Dumpty and his lengendary fall seemed creative yet simplistic--perfect for the task. In searching Amazon.com the most beautiful wooden Humpty appeared, vintage in design and listed in 3 sizes. He was offered through [...]. I ordered immediately. The charismatic little man arrived a few days later, regal and now resplendent on his stone wall. The photo on line captured him perfectly and the company responded to my order rapidly and shipped him in a timely manner. It was a seamless transition, one I would not hesitate to repeat.
