I have been using this resource book since my first child was born 17 years ago. I USE IT ALL THE TIME! It is not just a health resource for kids - the entire family benefits from this book. I even give these books away as gifts, I like it so much! What I like is that the book gives both conventional approaches and then more holistic approaches to first aid and illness prevention.

It's a must! Easy to read, very good and clear explanation of symptoms and homeopathic remedies, best book for people who want to learn the ways and benefits of alternative medicine. I highly recommend it to everyone; novice and veterans in the subject of healing and kids. I have been frequently using it for 5 years and I take it with me every where I go. The pocket size is very convenient. Can't live without it!
