This cooking book is the best cooking book I ever had. The excellent descriptions make it easy to cook the dishes, however, every recipe is special in it's own way with a surprise for the taste buds. I have been cooking my way halfway through the book and every dish I did is now in my standard repertoire for every day cooking. Just fabulous. There are recipes from all over the world, yet most ingredients are easy to come by. I'm just sorry to see that it's out of print

This is one of my most used cookbooks. It has healthy recipes that actually taste great. I too am surprised that this book is out of print, I bought it at a library sale a few years ago. It's great for vegetarians and has a few fish recipes. Most of the dishes are vegan (not much cheese or dairy used).
