This program focuses on strengthening your immune system. Content covers herbs and plant foods that may help prevent or treat degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and acute infections. Memory and energy inhancing are covered as well as herbs and plant foods that are antifungal, antibacterial, antiasthmatic, antiinflammatory and antiviral. The video recieved four stars from ABC/CLIO and comes "Highly recommended!" by the "Business of Herbs" and "The Herb Companion".
