This book contains information on the geology, flora, fauna and human population of Seram, based on the findings of 4 expeditions that took place between 1987 and 1991.Special attention was paid to Manusela National Park, the only national park in Maluku. Each chapter is written by different authors who are experts on that particular field. One can only wish that such a comprehesive work existed on other islands of Maluku as well! |
