This book is wonderful with superb pictures and patters. I bought this on pre-release before November assuming it was a 2nd edition/part 2 of the book of the same name/author released a few years ago. I double checked with Amazon support that it was not the same book and assured it was new.
I received my 3 copies recently and was disappointed to find that while the cover has been slightly re-formatted every page, pattern and pic inside is exactly the same. So buy it for it's beauty-it is well worth the money, but don't buy it if you already have the earlier edition.

I had to knit that sweet hat on the cover as soon as I saw it. Hat and coordinating booties came out adorable. Can't wait to try more of the patterns. Overall fairly simple patterns.

Natural Nursery Knits is a delightful book of patterns for infants using natural yarns. There are many lovely patterns to choose from with excellent instructions and beautiful photographs of each project, not to mention the photo of the beautiful baby on the front cover. These are "down-to-Earth" patterns and I specifically chose the baby boots, worked in cotton yarn for a natural softness, durability, and easy care. Patterns are "easy, intermediate, and advanced", but once you see the photos, you'll be challenged to attempt the projects, no matter what your knitting skill level.

The book has beautiful items and easy to follow directions. I also liked the links to the different yarns and companies.

The patterns in this book are fairly simple, nicely written, and just lovely. I've even made the monogrammed washcloth as a Christmas gift for my Father-in-Law!
