Dr. Ingels has provided both physician and layperson with an excellent overview of garlic's health benefits.Full of fascinating facts and anecdotes from his own thriving practice, Dr. Ingels' book is a joy to read, while very informative. Having read "Natural Treatments for High Cholesterol" you will be up-to-date on the effectiveness and safety of non-conventional treatments for high cholesterol. I recommend this book highly. |
