This book is one of the finest I have read about non-prescription medicines. Some of the medicines I had knowledge of, but there were many remedies for which I had not knowledge. The book reads easy and it very easy to look up a problem and get the recommended cure.

Dr. Stengler's book is well-written and easy to read. He shares a wealth of information not usually available.

My father purchased this book for $1.00 at a garage sale in good condition and I picked it up and started reading it. This book is an excellent source of information and covers just about everything you can think of.

I do believe there are some very helpful remedies that someday I can use. He does go into detail explaining what each herb can be used for healing. The book is structured like an encyclopedia of some of the most popular herbs. It's worth buying a used one at a discount price.

This is excellent for providing information on what vitamins and minerals are the most important for addressing a health problem with nutrition.

Dr. Stengler is very knowledgeable and details remedies that doctors nowadays won't even consider. If you are a person who would rather go "natural" than with all the prescription medicines today with all their dangerous side effects, I highly recommend this book.

Excellent price, a friend paid $50 for this book from Bottomline, arrived fast & content has met my expectation. I paid $60 for this & four other similar books. My friend was not happy.
