Informative and easy to read,

I have read the book several times and continue to use it as a reference. It provides extensive information about natural ways to achieve and maintain a healthy heart. The book also makes an excellent gift. I have given it to friends and associates, all of whom were very pleased to receive it. Personally, I am using the knowledge acquired from the book in a program to lower my cholesterol level without using prescription drugs, and it is working.

I bought this book as research for natural ways to lower my boyfriend's blood pressure, and other alternative medicine practices which this book advertised..however, the book is 95% about how to solely lower cholesterol. If that's what you're looking for, great, but if not, don't bother with this book. There was only a couple short paragraphs on blood pressure, and a chapter on only one type of real alternative medicine..so I don't recommend it as "natural remedies for a healthy heart."
