Informative and easy to read

Unsatisfied
I bought this book as research for natural ways to lower my boyfriend's blood pressure, and other alternative medicine practices which this book advertised..however, the book is 95% about how to solely lower cholesterol. If that's what you're looking for, great, but if not, don't bother with this book. There was only a couple short paragraphs on blood pressure, and a...

I have read the book several times and continue to use it as a reference. It provides extensive information about natural ways to achieve and maintain a healthy heart. The book also makes an excellent gift. I have given it to friends and associates, all of whom were very pleased to receive it. Personally, I am using the knowledge acquired from the book in a program to lower my cholesterol level without using prescription drugs, and it is working.

If that's what you're looking for, great, but if not, don't bother with this book. There was only a couple short paragraphs on blood pressure, and a chapter on only one type of real alternative medicine..so I don't recommend it as "natural remedies for a healthy heart."
