Conflicting reviews got me nervous, so I ordered the smaller quantity (60 Vcaps), and just finished the first bottle. I'm happy with it and ordering 120 Vcaps which is an even better deal. First, it's got a high dose of resveratrol (200mg) -- contrary to what detractors claim. Second, it's got no side effect other than the darker yellow urine. (I take it before I go to bed.) Third, it's improved my vision as I had hoped for. I have had vision problems due to glaucoma. My vision is sharper and clearer now. I now need less strong prescription for daily chores including driving. Yes, it does smell kinda funny, but not unbearable. Overall, I feel better, but I don't know whether it's attributable to this product or my regular exercise.

Reservartrol always helps me with cold sore breakouts. In fact it's the only thing that helps to stop them in their tracks for many many months.I read prev. reviewers who are seeking some "unknown health benefits". It's the same as taking a decongestant when you don't have a flu. I don't understand people who buy medicines when they don't need them. Give resvervartrol a try when you have low immunity and then you'll see for yourself. For me, it works in small dozes (200 mg is enough for me, I don't need mega dozes)and my mind is at peace knowing that NOW is a reliable and well known brand. I also noticed that my skin feels better (Smoother, no breakouts) while on it. I would say, 3-4 days on it is enough to truly feel the effects. I definitely feel them (same as with fish oil) as overall improved immunity and overall feeling of well being. I didn't notice any increases in energy levels for me they stayed the same.

Bottle clearly states 200 mg trans-resveratrol. Very little of it is grape/wine extract however. The bulk of the resveratrol is Japanese knot-weed, which is in fact a prolific weed making the pills inexpensive. Great value if resveratrol is equal.

I already feel effects of this product. I believe that this product is working on my energy levels and I feel more brain power. I will surely use this product again to see if the effects would be lasting.

I wanted to like this product. I really did. I heard about the health benefits of resveratrol all over the internet, so I ordered this from online since it seems to be a pretty reliable brand. The first time I took the pill, I took one pill in mid-morning with food each day. However, by the third day I woke up with a slight cough and sore throat. I stopped, and the next day my flu-like symptoms went away. I wanted to give this product the benefit of doubt, so I waited another month and tried again. Again, I felt like I was breathing like I was sick by the third morning of taking this pill. I stopped again and the symptoms went away. I tried it ONE MORE time in the past few days, and the same thing happened again. I don't know what is wrong, but maybe I have allergies to this pill? I don't think I experienced any of the appetite suppressing, metabolism boosting, and energy giving effects of the pill. Whatever the case may be, I was sorely disappointed by this product and will not order again.

You get what you pay for -- the price is low, but so is the amount of resveratrol! This product has 100 mg per capsule, and of that only 10 mg is what you are looking for when shopping for resveratrol. I took it for ten days without noticing any difference, then went back to read my research again, which recommends at least 150 mg of TRANS-resveratrol per day to realize any benefit. After doubling the dose, I still did not see or feel any difference. I won't be reordering this product -- I've purchased another product with much higher concentration of trans-resv to try when this bottle is finished. It is probably better than NOT taking any, but the magical results did not happen with this product.

I tried taking RezV for four days. By the second day, I was feeling nervous, hyper and unable to relax or sleep well, so I changed the doze and only took 1 pill instead of the recommended two pills. By the fourth day, I was totally wired and unable to sleep at night. It was like taking some sort of diet pill. Definitely did not like it and it did not work for me. I promptly canceled my order, but continued to get the monthly shipment.

Kind of a waste of time and energy. I think it is pure Hype!!

I'm not a big believer in supplements, but Resveratrol is one I do buy and take. Read about this supplement and I think you will come to the same conclusion.

I like NOW because of the ingredients (just what I asked for, nothing else), the dosage and the price. Try it - you'll be glad you did.

I recieved the suppliment, and had purchesed it before. This time it had a particularly "bad taste". I started to find that the capsules were covered with a "brown dust". Upon inspecting further, I found broken capsules were the cause. Makes me wonder about the freshness, and efficency of the suppliment? Not so sure if I would purchase it again.

Contrary to a previous review, this product carries a relatively high amount of resveratrol (compared to most others on the market, and also compared to the amount ingested with wine or grape juice). However, it is true that there is not enough known about how much is "enough", and many suspect that mega-doses may be required to have a real effect.
