This book is great for sugar-free recipes. There are a TON to choose from....I have only made one so far (apple turnovers), and I am very excited to try more.
The recipes usually use healthier things like whole-wheat flour, which I really enjoyed. I also really like that after each recipe, the author tells you the calorie count and other nutritional information about the recipe (as well as diabetic exchanges). The recipe that I tried tasted fantastic, and as I said, I am excited to try more. The book contains a very wide variety of recipes. I am a very picky person, but I found at least 15 that I plan to try at some point. |
