A wonderful resource for anyone with MVPS. Not only a natural approach with logical conclusions to control the symptoms, but more complete and comprehensive than any other book I've read on MVPS. Best 4 bucks I've spent in a great while!!.... I highly recommend it.

A superb overview/starting point for those who have (or think they might have) Mitral Valve Prolapse. One of the other reviewers gave it a bad review, siting that Dr, Hoffman mentioned magnesium as a teatment, but gave no info as to the dosage. This person must not have actually READ the book, because the information IS there. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

This short but well-written guide gives practical strategies to those who are trying to cope with MVP. It is the best work that I have seen to date on MVP. The author has a keen understanding of what people with MVP are going through. More importantly, the author contrasts certain ways conventional medicine looks at MVP versus ways that holistic medicine looks at MVP. There are some things about MVP that people are told that could be misleading and Dr. Hoffman offers some alternative treatments and explanations. Highly recommended!
