This book was recfommended to me by a friend. I am glad I listened to her. This book is a straight forward book on diabetes; from a brief, concise description of the disease through the conventional treatments to a great deal of information on the natural remedies that can help control blood glucose levels. I have been a diabetic for four years now and have gathered a lot of information on this subject and I could not believe how much information was in this book that I had not seen anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone with diabetes or with a friend or relative with diabetes.

I found this book helpful in identifying natural treatments for diabetes and pre-diabetes. It provided a balanced view of pros and cons,and contraindications of each as well as providing therapeutic dosages.
