This is the best pancake/waffle mix! The other flavors are all good as well.I substitute 10 oz of club soda for the milk and let batter rise while griddle is warming...waffles are light and crispy! Make sure you use a good waffle maker that gets hot. Cooks in the Kitchen is personal and wonderful to deal with. The other flavors are all good as well.
