I've found Dr. Irwin's book to be one of the most medically insightful and valuable writing I have come upon for some time. This book provides simple and natural suggestions for a healthy trouble-free pregnancy using basic nutritional guidelines that are uncomplicated and safe. Finally,something of real practical value for all women and doctors alike. I highly recommend this book.
