Even though Amanda is quite attractive, the camera work is bad, the lack of professionalism throughout make this naked yoga DVD a bitter disappointment. There are few close-ups and when the camera operater tries to get in close focus goes out the window. A bit of rehearsal may have made the actual yoga scenes a bit better. If you are looking for an accidentally soft focus DVD of a relatively pretty young lady doing joga naked while she discusses what she is to do with the photographer and looking lost, this is for you.

At the outset, I am not qualified to comment on whether this video contains "real" yoga or not. That much I'll leave to people who are familiar with the fitness regimen.
What I can say is that this is one of the most low-budget vids I've ever seen in my life. It takes place in an office (hardly a place for an exercise video, I would say?) and there is an annoying desk chair in the corner. Amanda is very pretty, but she doesn't have a natural screen presence. It is glaringly obvious that she is reading off of cue-cards whenever she speaks (you can even hear the cue cards being flipped behind the camera). The is a bit nervous on film - not about being nude on camera, but from speaking on cam. Speaking of Amanda in the buff, she does not have a dancer's hardbody, but she does look nice minus her clothes. She also has a dazzling smile! She seems to have a friendly personality, and that comes through nicely on the DVD. Overall, however, DVDs don't get much simpler than this. Amanda is the only model, so there is no variety in it. They play music through the 2nd 1/2 of the flick, but it gets to be quite repetitive (I sometimes play a CD and mute the sound while watching Amanda). If you're only looking to buy one DVD from this genre, I would strongly recommend that you take a look at Totally Nude Yoga & Tai Chi. It has a bevy of gorgeous women and the budget / production value is way higher than the present DVD.

this poor girl was obviously filmed for her exploitation and appears to be dumber than dirt, however she just might believe in herself as an exercise model for yoga. Natural Yoga Techniques Featuring Amanda
