Well structured, becoming outdated,

The structure of this book (by phylogeny) makes it very useful.However, a lot has happened since 1996 regarding invasive fishes. Take for example snakeheads, which get no mention except for an old record (1900) in Hawaii. Still one of the best references for this topic. I'm guessing such a high price for a 10 year old book is related to its availability, which is unfortunate. |
