I have plantar facitis and heel spurs in both feet; my left foot is swollen and is now bigger than my right foot. This shoe is perfect for me, I can adjust to fit with the strap and I've had no problems at all with it. I love the look. They're incredibly soft, moreso than other Naturalizers I have. I wear them to work and they look fantastic with jeans. It is a wide shoe, though, especially the toebox, so for those with wide feet, you will love this shoe.

I'm overall very pleased with this shoe.

My foot is a little on wide side of a medium (B) width and these shoes fit me beautifully. Extremely comfortable. Unlike several of the other reviews, the shoes are not too short for my foot and seem true to size. I'm actually considering buying a second pair!

Shoes run very short & wide. I wear a 12M and normally don't have a problem with Naturalizer. Very disappointed! I basically paid $9 to try on shoes (return shipping not included).
