DirectionsThis box makes one 9 inch double-layer cake or 24 cupcakes. Things You'll Need: 1 1/4 cup milk (or soymilk), 1/2 cup of oil, 2 eggs (or 2 TB applesauce). Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom & sides of baking pan(s) or place paper liners in cupcake tray. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer or whisk by hand. Bake 25-30 minutes for two 9 inch round cake pans, 35-40 minutes for one 13x9 inch cake pan or 20-25 minutes for 24 cupcakes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Completely cool before frosting.
