This is probably the best value in its price range. Very durable and large enough for Dad or Mom to get in the house and sit down with your child to play. Easy to put together and take apart. I set it up in my basement for my son and daughter and they have a blast. My son is 4 1/2 and is tall for his age. The house is plenty big enough to accomodate his heighth and then some.

Highly recommend.

I got this for my girls 2-6 and they love it. I would tell all parents if you can choose a house this would be it!!! With my kids having almost 4 years apart in age it is big enough for them to both enjoy it! They have plenty of room and years to enjoy this investment! It is so nice and roomy inside that even I enjoy going in and playing house with my kids. The playdate kids just love coming over and playing in it too. The only two things that we had issues with is when it rains the sink fills up with water and the skylight leaks so we built a mini wood deck patio area and put up a canopy gazebo over it and that solved the issue plus on rainy days we can still go out and play. It also keeps the kids in the shade, keeps the house a little cooler on hot days and the bugs stay out. We have had some Great Tea parties and lunch and dinner picknicks inside our little house. WHAT A FUN HOUSE GO FOR THE EXTRA COST IT IS SO WORTH IT!!!

Great Item!!!! My son and daughter can get enough of it. It's really good for pretend play. We have ours in the house so when it's raining, too hot or too cold the kids can play inside.

I ordered this playhouse for my grandaughter for her 2nd birthday.. She has 2 sisters age 10 and 7..... Everyone Loves it~! Even the adults~! There is plenty of room for everyone to play, at one point there was 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs inside...... we did purchase play food and pots and pans, and Let the Imaginations go wild~! I have to say, it is used everyday...... It was easy to put together , although one of the predrilled holes were in the wrong spot, which did cause a problem until we figured it out........other than that minor problem, I would highly recommend this product. well worth the extra money to get this bigger , more spacious playhouse~

Bought this for our children, ages 3 and 1 for Christmas. They loved it! They played in it for hours on Christmas and have played in it everyday since. It is very roomy compared with others I have seen. We were able to have both kids and an adult inside with room still to move around. It is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble. The working doorbell is definitely a big hit. We plan to keep ours inside so can't comment on weather resistance, fading, etc. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars is because the stickers were already attached when we received it. Whomever at Step 2(ordered it directly from them)put the stickers on, they didn't bother to look at what they were doing. The clock sticker is turned so that the 12 is in the 1 position. There is no way to fix it. We are waiting for Step 2 to get back to us to send us another clock sticker to place over top. Our 3 year old noticed it before we did! They should have sent the sticker sheet with the product so you could put the stickers on yourself. Other than that, love the product and definitely worth the extra money for the room. Glad we decided to go with this instead of a smaller one.

I'm overall very happy with this playhouse however I was a little suprised and disappointed that all the pieces of the house with the exception of the roof are "snap together" parts. It makes me a little uncomfortable to know that it can come apart so easily. For a playhouse it is very spacious and the ovearall appearance is great. My daughter loves it. My husband decided to take some extra paver stones we had laying around and built her a "floor" being that the playhouse doesn't have one.

The whole neighborhood will hang out in the house. My 4 and 6 year olds play constantly in the house usually along with 2 or 3 neighbors, ranging from 4 to 10 years of age. I am very happy with how large the house is. It will get many years of use here.

Excellent purchase: good quality + sturdy construction + lots of fun for our children and all the neighborhood kids who always visit the house when in our yard!

This was an excellent chose. His God-father and my niece thought it was like a doll house, but as plainly seen it is not. My son loves it, it is not pink and white, so I do not beleive it just for girls. Just because it has a kitchen sink in it does not mean its just for girls. That is where the problem comes in todays life. Half of the men out there does not know how to clean a house or cook, unlike my husband, who does it all. So overall good product, wonderful shipping speed, and free shipping. How can you beat this. If you try going to Sears,Toys R US, Kb Toys, Khols,Kmart,target,Home depot,Etoys and more you will spend $160 - $260.00 more in shipping. As you can see I did my homework. Enjoy
