I received a product by Dr. Jane (The Science of Getting Rich) from a friend as a gift, and was pleasantly surprised despite my cynicism. So I had to try this one out also.

There are two parts to this program: one you listen to while awake, the other while you sleep. The one while awake is soothing and destressing. I listened to it during my lunch break and came back to work like I had taken a great power nap. The one while asleep was pretty distinct.

I listened to it, and fell asleep. Not only did I have one of the most vivid and engrossing dreams I have ever had, but I woke up re-energized. I usually sleep pretty well, but this time I woke up with bursts of energy, ready to go.

This product makes me a bigger believer in these things. The times I listen to it I feel rejuvenated, ready for anything--can't beat that feeling.
