Although I ordered the HGH Delta Sleep CD (another one by Dr. Jane Maati Smith) from Amazon, I received this CD by error. I then decided to keep the CD and give it a try, not knowing I was in for a big surprise! After listening to the CD, I was amazed by how I felt - a surge of light euphoria, calmness, and energy. The frequencies in this CD were definitely producing endorphins! As a chronic Lyme disease sufferer, this surge of endorphins also helps to ease the pain I continuously have in my body. Now I listen to this CD almost everyday, especially in the morning, to get my day started.

With this positive experience, I went ahead and ordered two more CD's by Dr. Jane Maati Smith. I can't wait to listen to them and see what more positive effects they will bring.

I also had the privilege to correspond with Dr. Jane Maati Smith by e-mails. What a caring and helpful person she is! I know she puts a lot thoughts and research into her sound therapy CD's, which is evident in the quality and effectiveness of those CD's
