This is the best NATURAL appetite suppresant I have ever used. Also keeps you regular, I quess because of the fiber. 2 caps is all I use for the whole day.

This product has not been very effective for me. I expected better impact on appetite and feeling of fullness. I will keep using it in hopes it will have some impact, however.

I cant stress enough i love glucomannan for appetite control its the greatest. tho the swanson brand is cheaper & come's MUCH faster if you order through swanson on here. I love it tho.
