This review is from: On Nature and Language (Paperback)
In an age of technology where everything is demoted to 4-character acronyms and semi-colons followed by parenthesis, we actually forgwt that words have meanings. Words derived from the need to communicate. Perhaps this lack of understanding of language and semantics, has led to the overall inability to communicate, even in an era where mass communication is encircling the globe. Chomsky is the champion of intellect and language. His insight and research and philosophy make this, of course, required reading for every writer, politician, or communicator.
