I have been using NatureMade's Acidophilus for over a year now and it has done wonders for my digestive health. As a result or side effect my energy is up and my skin looks better. When this last shipment arrived, a bottle was shattered rendering the contents of that bottle unusable. Amazon.com sent me a replacement in what must have been record time! I love this product, and I trust this company.

I have many allergies, including milk. I take it twice/day and I feel better. I only take Nature Made products because I know they are free of so many binders and other products (soy, etc). It was recommended by my allergist to regulate the bacteria in the gut and intestines. You hear about yogurt but since I cannot have that, it's a great alternative.

I find I don't flair-ups from my acid reflux or ulcer either, which is very common with me.

As always, consult a doctor before vitamins, etc. This is just my opinion from my own experiences that I'm writing.
