Nature Made Antioxidant Formula is recommended as part of a daily regimen for longevity and stress. Antioxidants help protect against free-radical damage. Free radicals are molecules that can bind to and destroy body components, and may contribute to the aging process. Antioxidant nutrients such as beta-carotene, selenium, vitamin E, and vitamin C may help slow the effects of the aging process.

Directions
Take one softgel daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care provider. Keep bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.

i am delighted that Amazon has brought this item back. i have been taking this product for over 25 yrs. and along with a healthy diet and exercise i have remained in excellent health. i am in my 60's and i attribute my healthy state, in part, to taking Nature Made Antioxident Formula.

Antioxidant pill with trans fat?!?,

This product is just one huge contradiction. It's meant to be healthy because of the antioxidants, but it's contains extremely unhealthy hydrogenated oils! I understand that the product needs oils in order to enhance absorption into the body, but why in the world would you use these oils instead of healthy oils like virgin olive oil?
