Simply said, this chewable adult multivitamin made by a good company with high quality products makes me MUCH more likely to take that daily vitamin that at age 50 is more and more important. When I took non-chewable multis from other companies, the aftertaste was unpleasant, and they sometimes made me more than a little nauseous. So I had to force myself to remember to take them, and had to remember to eat first. These chewables taste good, don't have an unpleasant aftertaste, and I never worry about taking them on an empty stomach. And because I don't have to take the time to get a glass of water, can grab them even as an afterhthought when running out the door in the morning. Really great product!
