This is an excellent product. I've found myself more alert and awake during the day after taking a dose of Ginseng in the morning. There's a lot of Ginseng products out there, but the Nature Made brand is well known and proven to be reliable and therefore I don't worry about something in the pills that's not supposed to be there.

This asian ginseng works pretty well.I had takin one capule every morning for a few days then doubled it up about after a week. I felt the differnces at work after i had taken two pills in the morning. I felt young again lol. The only thing i didnt like about the product is that when i first started to use the pills the back of my mouth and thoat will start to swell sometimes. But after a week or two using the product that affect seems to have no effect any more just more energy.

I haven't seen any effect, despite having taken it everyday for few months. No I don't feel more or less awake. I can still fall asleep right after taking the pill.
I give it 2 stars because there's no side effect either. It's like taking a placebo.
