I had tried other brands, which made me nauseous, and purchased a softgel in the hopes that it would be better for my stomach. This vitamin works really well for me - while it is on the large side, it's easy to swallow, there is no aftertaste, and no upset stomach.

My husband and I started taking these because his nutrition professor told his class that tablet form vitamins just go straight through and do not even come close to getting completely absorbed by the body. We tried a bottle of liquid vitamins that are taken like cough syrup, but that tasted horrible and was so unpleasant we didn't even finish half the bottle.These softgels are a fabulous alternative. We were a little surprised at their size, but they do go down easily. We take ours with breakfast and neither of us have felt sick at all.
