Product Description

From the Manufacturer

Nature Made Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is recommended as part of a daily regimen for diet/weight management. When people gain weight, their fat cells become enlarged, enabling them to hold additional fat. CLA is thought to block excess fat from entering the cell, keeping the cell its normal size. Some research suggests that CLA may promote a higher metabolism, which may reduce fat.

5.0 out of 5 stars Positive feedback on Nature Made Conjugated Linoleic Acid, July 20, 2006

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Since using Nature Made's Linoleic Acid Softjels, I have lost thirty (30) pounds. The time span has been approximately three (3) months.

This product when taken correctly will reduce your appetite and as you eat, you fill up very quickly. However, if you are contemplating losing weight you have to go into a "mindset" along with appetite suppressers.

I cannot tolerate the higher does of CLA commonly available, so I was thrilled to find this.
