This brand is excellent (Natures Made). I noticed results after finishing the first bottle. Metabolism doubled in speed. It is also to say that if you watch what you eat and moderate to regular excersise I have been losing about 1 1/2 pounds a week. Not bad for a 37 year old man.
4 months on the product and to date I have lost 16 pounds.

I did some research on Web M.D. to find a natural proven weight loss product that was good for you and CLA was on the list of four things listed.

- CLA
- Green Tea
- Fiber
_ Calcium

It works at a slow steady pace along with diet and a work out routine.
You don't see the difference on the scale, but you notice it in the changing of your body. When I ran out of my CLA I began to notice right away! So now I take it religiously!

I've been struggling to lose the last of the weight I gained with my first child for the past year. About two and a half months ago, I finally committed to a consistent exercise regimen and continued to watch my calorie intake.

The first month, I lost four pounds and 1.5% of my body fat -- a good beginning. At the start of the next month, I added Nature Made CLA to my diet. I only took two pills in the morning and two at night so I was taking the amount recommended by Prevention magazine. My diet and exercise in the second month were consistent with what I did the first month, but I lost five pounds and an amazing 4.5% of my body fat! Both my trainer and I were incredulous at the results.

Frankly, I could care less if the pills taste bad or if they were twice as large as they are now; the fact is, THEY WORK. Love them, love them, love them!

I had earlier tried Life Extension's 500 mg CLA supplements, in addition to their 1,000 mg CLA, and I liked the smaller, easier to swallow size of the 500 mg. So, when I ran out, I looked for more 500 mg softgels on Amazon and found these. What a mistake! They're only 500 mg of CLA but are the same size as the 1,000 mg CLA softgels from Life Extension - in other words, you get all the size of the large softgels with only half the benefit.

On top of that, they smell nasty and leave an aftertaste. And the price is the same that I paid earlier for the smaller, easier to swallow Life Extension 500 mg softgels with no smell or aftertaste. I bought 4 bottles and am hoping that I can return the 3 unopened bottles. Otherwise, I'll throw them away - they're really bad.

I prefer Nature Made CLA versus other brands because with Nature Made I ingest 2 servings with a meal in lieu of taking another brand which advises a serving before a meal. All of the vitamins and supplements that I take seem to work better when I take them with a meal. I believe the CLA is better absorbed in my digestion system with food as opposed to taking CLA before a meal

i was having side effects after taking them for about 15 days after. i had heart mur murs and felt really jittery. i think this product has caffeene in it cause i was having headaches. the best thing to burn fat is just do lots of cardio!!
