I HAVE MACULA DEGENERATION IN ONE EYE. AM TAKING EYE DEFENSE BECAUSE I AM HOPING THE LUTEIN AND ZEAXANTHIN IN IT WILL KEEP THAT EYE FROM GETTING ANY WORSE AND ASO KEEP OTHER EYE FROM GETTING ANY PROBLEMS. ONLY BEEN TAKING EYE DEFENSE ABOUT 6 MONTHS. SO FAR EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SAME. DO WISH THERE WAS NOT SO MANY OTHER INGREDIENTS.
