Directions
Take the contents of one packet daily with a meal. To preserve quality and freshness, store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Warnings
For your protection, do not use product if packets printed with lot number are opened. This product contains chromium picolinate--do not exceed recommended dose. These packets contain vitamin E. This product was so much cheaper to obtain through amazon.com than any other website or any stores where it is available. It was also nice to have free shipping and it arrived promptly. Thanks for having this product available and I will certainly be buying it again in the future.
