The Nature Made Diabetes Health Pack is scientifically formulated to provide nutritional support for people with diabetes. Each packet includes a complete, full-potency formulation of vitamins, minerals, and alpha lipoic acid. The pack contains all of the following supplements and more: Vitamin E to maintain a healthy heart and boost the immune system; chromium picolinate for protein and fat metabolism; the antioxidant selenium; a high-potency multivitamin with essential vitamins and minerals to support the heart and digestive system; alpha lipoic acid to help activate other antioxidants. The Nature Made Diabetes Health Pack contains no artificial flavors, preservatives, chemical solvents, gluten, or sugar.

Directions
Take the contents of one packet daily with a meal. To preserve quality and freshness, store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Warnings
For your protection, do not use product if packets printed with lot number are opened. This product contains chromium picolinate--do not exceed recommended dose. These packets contain vitamin E. I just had my semi-annual checkup with my doctor yesterday. For 35 yrs., doctors have told me that I was a borderline type 2 diabetic. My last blood surgar level was 152.
For the last 2 and a half months, I have been taking this product each morning. Yesterday my blood sugar level was 102.

I am diabetic, so I ordered these vitamins a couple of months ago. They do seem to stabilize my blood sugar (I am not on insulin, just oral medication). I also seem to have a little more energy. I've had trouble finding a multi-vitamin that I liked, but I really like these little packets with several different pills, instead of having to buy each individual one seperatly, these are much easier to take.

I have had Diabetes for 7 years now and recently I have been unable to control my sugars from sky rocketing. After adding this multi vitamin packet to my daily regiment I have notice more energy and stamina to my day, I have also experienced a 10 lbs. weight drop in a 3 week period. This has been great for me since I have been recovering from a major surgery and I did not have energy or strength to get back to my daily routines. I now walk and I've taken up swimming 2 times a week.
