My family and I were coming down with typical flu and cold symptoms over the holidays. We immediately started on the Echinacea with Goldenseal, and within 24 noticed the symptoms going away. By the second day, we were without any symptoms at all and enjoyed the holidays without the cold and flu! I'm convinced this stuff really works.
