I have been taking this supplement for 3 months now. I have reduced my prozac to 10 mg and was having trouble falling asleep. Since I began taking RX I am sleeping like a baby.

I've been taking this product daily with my anti-depressent medication and multi-vitamin for about 9 months now. The biggest benefit is the improvement in my ability to focus on the task at hand.
