Easy to take, and a great value,

I added flaxseed oil to my daily supplements on the recommendation of friends who said it helps with absorbing nutrients. While these capsules seem large, they go down smoothly with no aftertaste or stomach discomfort in the slightest. Two capsules a day and I'm still working through this three-pack!

No more Hot Flashes!,
This product works great for Hot Flashes. The channel 12 Portland news had a segment talking about hot flashes and what helps, and this does.
