I've been taking St Johns Wort for about a year now. This is the first time-release formula I've found. I honestly didn't notice any difference in this and the other non time-release formulas I've taken. It seemed to have the same results as all the others I've tried.

The only difference between this product and some others I've used is that the Nature's Resource didn't upset my stomach. It was also nice having to take it just once a day...easier to get a full dose. I'd recommend it to others.

I thought this product was quite effective. I felt a significant change in my mood after only one week of use. I would and have recommended this product to my sisters. I think the price at drugstore.com is very reasonable for similar products I've bought in the past. Try it and you'll see how you can chase those blues away!!

This product gave me back my life. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder which means that wintertime with its short time of sunlight makes me depressed. I had taken another time-release German brand before but the U.S. distributor dropped it. Then I went to regular St. John's wort. What a pain! 1-2 capsules 3 times a day! Most of the time, I would forget to take one dose each day which meant that I wasn't getting an effective dosage. This product is so easy to use with once a day dosing. However, if you haven't been taking St. John's wort previously, you need to give it about a month to start being effective; even prescription anti-depressants take at least 3 weeks. (I'm married to a pharmacist who knows these things.)

I've noticed no changes in my ""emotional well-being"" since I started taking Nature's Resource Time Release St. John's Wort Capsules. I wouldn't recommend this product. I did, however, like the time-released aspect of this product. It's much easier to remember to take it once per day than several times throughout the day.

It's likely that I didn't give this product ample time to work in my system. I don't believe it's a bad product, but I didn't see much of a difference while using it. However, the up side is that I didn't see a change for the worse, which leads me to believe that taking this product over time would improve the spirit and work even better. I'd say it's worth giving a try.

Just FYI to everyone: The brand this company sells is Nature MADE, not Nature's Resource. They are tablets, not capsules. Hopefully, they will be more honest and show the EXACT brand they are selling.

I've been on this for more than a year and it has been beneficial in my quest for relief from depression. Because of the subtle effects St. John's Wort is known for, I did not notice a change until I had been taking this for a month so if you're looking for a quick fix then this isn't the product for you. What really attracted me to this particular item was the fact that I could take it once a day rather than 3 times daily with the regular version. I had been on the regular St. John's Wort before this and had trouble taking it. I kept missing doses so I switched to this instead and I am happy with it. It's a great product and I highly recommend it.

I think that this product is a great alternative to anti-depressant medications. I've taken anti-depressant medications in the past and found this to be just as effective without all the horrible side effects that can be found with prescription drugs. I also liked the fact that it had be taken only once per day, unlike some herbal products that you must take like six tablets four times per day, etc.

I would highly recommend this item. I felt that Nature's Resource Time Release St. John's Wort Capsules really worked. I was really shocked that it worked because I'd never tried this type of product before.
