Easy to swallow, no stomach pains, gives me a little more energy and I feel better. I have tried many vitamins and so far for the money I think this has the best results for me.

These are the best multivitamins...my mom is 90 years old and she says they make her feel great. The softgel is easy to swallow, contain D3 and Iron, along with other vitamins an minerals. Thank you

If you are like most of us in that you don't eat a good, nutritious diet, these capsules are a good solution. They are easy to swallow, don't upset the stomach, last a long time for the relatively low price, and provide 100% of most of the nutrients that we lack. My only complaint is a lack of calcium supplementation--only 10%. Granted, America is a nation of cheese eaters, but women in particular need a calcium boost.
