Easy to swallow, no stomach pains, gives me a little more energy and I feel better. I have tried many vitamins and so far for the money I think this has the best results for me.

These are the best multivitamins...my mom is 90 years old and she says they make her feel great. The softgel is easy to swallow, contain D3 and Iron, along with other vitamins an minerals.

If you are like most of us in that you don't eat a good, nutritious diet, these capsules are a good solution. They are easy to swallow, don't upset the stomach, last a long time for the relatively low price, and provide 100% of most of the nutrients that we lack. My only complaint is a lack of calcium supplementation--only 10%. Granted, America is a nation of cheese eaters, but women in particular need a calcium boost.

The capsules looked intimidating at first (they're big), but they are easy to swallow.
Kicks in after about 30 minutes I feel.
Gives you energy throughout the day, helps you stay focused too.
Also glad to find something that gives iron specifically b/c I needed more in my diet.

These are the best vitamins that I have ever found. They don't contain any dyes, preservatives or cellulose. I am telling my friends where to get the best vitamins for the best price. I hope Amazon will always have these for us.
