Nature Made's Soy 50 Menopause is recommended for women's health, bone/joint health, heart health, and mood/emotional well being. Soy, native to southeastern Asia, has long been valued in Chinese medicine. Today, researchers are studying isoflavones, the active components of soy, for a variety of positive health effects. Although preliminary, many studies suggest that soy protein that has a high concentration of isoflavones may help maintain bone health during and after menopause.

After three days of taking this product, my wife experienced the first improvements, the hotflashes started diminishing in 50 % both in frequency and in intensity. Two weeks later, practically they have disappeared, now she sleeps without waking up with nightsweats. Definitively I recommend this product. She is taking this product together with "Nature Made Essential Woman Multi Vitamin Multi Mineral with Iron Calcium Dietary Supplement".

I have been buying this product for my mother in law for a period of over a year. It had helped her to surpass the menopause hot flushes. She had tryied other soy based products, but this is the only one that makes her to feel better.
