This product is good, but after purchasing it I did some research and found that it is better to have a more balanced b complex because the b-vitamins work together. I feel better when I am taking the Balanced B-50 Complex which is also made by Nature Made.

I have been using this product for more than a year and it really made a big difference in my life. I feel full of energy whole day. I needed something to boost my metabolism and eventually I found what I need. Thanks to Nature Made for this excellent vitamin.

I've tried EVERYTHING. I have a one year old and ever since I felt like I had no energy, not motivated I felt like there was something wrong with me so I talked to my doctor and she brushed it off like if it wasn't a big deal. She said "do more exercise" . If I had the time I would love to do it. I started taking Super B-Complex two weeks ago and I have noticed such a positive change in my everyday life. Example: BEFORE I would nap when my child napped. NOW I stay up and have energy to clean when she naps. I have the energy to go out and do things. It has helped me emotionally to. My husband even says he sees a great improvement. I have had trouble sleeping but if I take it early enough I will be tired when I'm suppose to be. I don't take any other RX drugs so I can't speak for people that do take other meds with this one. Hope it works for you... It worked for me and worth writing about it.
