5.0 out of 5 stars Helped with dry eyes
My eye doctor suggested I start taking Triple Omega to help dry eyes. He said this is the first thing he tries before going to more drastic measures for dry eyes (like tear duct plugs). I was skeptical but since Omega supposed to be good for your heart I started taking it. Two weeks later my eyes feel so much better with no other changes. Wow!

2.0 out of 5 stars How much oil do you need?
In August, I started taking this product. I also joined a gym. I am over 50, and have been having acne breakouts worse then when I was a teenager. I blamed it on the sweating. 2 weeks ago, I stopped taking the Triple Omega. I haven't had a new breakout since. I'm still going to the gym.

5.0 out of 5 stars Helped with dry eyes, January 28, 2011

My doctor told me to take two pills a day - morning and evening. The capsules are quite large, but after a few tries you figure out a techniques to get them down comfortably.

a great supplement to have in your medicine cabinet to benefit your heart, and keep it functioning properly. Nature Made is a good brand; have been using this brand for years. Good product.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad. Not too much fishy taste, June 29, 2011

Some of these Omega pills leave a really horrible taste, even when eaten with other food, but this one is really not bad. You'll notice it once in a while, but it's not intense.

My one complaint of these is that on the bottle they don't say if they are mercury free, but if you go to their website, they say that they are.
So, I just hope they are.

I just purchased this today at Costco. I've done some research on this today after I got home from Costco. Why do they include omega 9 in this product. from what I've read, omega 9 is the least desirable form of omega supplements. What gives?

Does help quite a bit with joints. Best when combined with Chondraitin, Glucosamine and MSM.

This has been a great product for me and would pay anything for these. No nasty fish burp later and this price is better than what I am accustomed to paying, so a great product and great price.
