I bought this for usage with my RV Trailer. Thought it would be great to keep the battery (12 v deep cycle) charged during up during the day so could not run the generator so often.

Solar Panel; It could not keep a single (car size) 12v battery charged with minmal draw of current, In case it was tthe battery that could not hold a charge, I tried a brand new battery.. same thing. Battery never reached a full charge. The unit was used (trialed) at a camp site on a beach in direct unobstructed sunlight 12+ hours per day. I gave it the fair shake.. using it for 3 weeks.

Power Inverter; With battey at a full charge (using my generator to ensure full charge) the power inverter included with the solar farm could not even power a laptop computer without the overload alarm going off on the inverter. By comparison, I have a power inverter that I bough at Walmart, and that specs say is the same wattage, and that runs the same laptop with no issues.

So, as excited as I was about this product, to get off the generator at campsites, it fell far short of the mark. I returned it for a refund.

Perhaps it could keep motorcycle batteries charged, or run a trickle charger on a 12v battery (to keep them from going dead over the winter), but for over $200, that is a pretty expensive use that would never pay for itself.

There is typo on the description of the product it says "600-Watt MSW inverter" but is really a 400 Watt you can see on the images of the product parts...

So far I was able to connect for 1.5 hours to my 12 V battery from my motor-cycle and was able to charge it enough so that I could start my motor-cycle and note that it was totally dead before charging.

Good product but would like to see a place that could tell me about the different types of batteries and other applications that can be done with this system with more implementation details.

BTW I bought this product at Costco in Guadalajara...
